The registration fee includes various meals throughout the conference:

  • Tuesday - Breakfast, Lunch and Light Hors D'Oeuvres at the Welcome Reception
  • Wednesday - Breakfast and Lunch 
  • Thursday - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the TUG Party
  • Friday - Breakfast

Please note that the registration fee does not include hotel. Hotel rooms can be booked by visiting the Hotel tab from the conference website home page.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Your registration is not valid until you have successfully completed the entire process and receive a printable confirmation page and an e-mail confirmation.
  2. Memberships are company-based, not individual-based. If you are unsure of your company's membership status, please contact the TUG office at info@tugweb.com before registering

 


Note:  If you are not currently a TUG member, you may join at this time by selecting Non-Member from the drop down and including your first year dues of $345.00 per company ($395 effective January 1, 2019) with your conference registration. Join today and take advantage of the discounted member rate! 

Group Rate:  For companies with five (5) or more in attendance, please contact the TUG office at registration@tugweb.com for any eligible discounts. Group rate discounts are valid for TUG members only.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellations must be received in writing by the TUG office (e-mail) no later than Tuesday, April 30, 2019, to receive a refund. Cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund minus a $50.00 administrative fee. After Tuesday, April 30, 2019, no refunds can be given.

TUG Substitution Policy:  In the event you are unable to attend, your registration can be transferred to a colleague in your company at no additional charge. To perform a substitution, please send an email to registration@tugweb.com with your confirmation number and the colleague’s name and contact information.
