(Registration rates are per person and advertised in USD; all payments must be made in USD)


Please note that all payments made by credit/debit card will appear on statements/transaction history as 'Meeting Expectations, Inc.'
Meeting Expectations, Inc. is the managing company for TUG, so all charges made through TUG will appear as such.


The registration fee includes various meals throughout the conference:

  • Tuesday - Breakfast, Lunch and Light Hors D'Oeuvres at the Welcome Reception
  • Wednesday - Breakfast and Lunch 
  • Thursday - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the TUG Party
  • Friday - Breakfast

Please note that the registration fee does not include hotel. Hotel rooms can be booked by visiting the Travel tab from the conference website home page.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Your registration is not valid until you have successfully completed the entire process and receive a printable confirmation page and an e-mail confirmation.
  2. Memberships are company-based, not individual-based. If you are unsure of your company's membership status, please contact the TUG office at info@tugweb.com before registering

 


Note:  If you are not currently a TUG member, you may join at this time by selecting Non-Member from the drop down and including your first year dues of $395.00 per company with your conference registration. Join today and take advantage of the discounted member rate!

Group Rate:  For companies with five (5) or more in attendance, please contact the TUG office at registration@tugweb.com for any eligible discounts. Group rate discounts are valid for TUG members only.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing by the TUG office (email) no later than April 28, 2020, to receive a refund. Cancellations received by this date will receive a full refund minus a $100.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received between April 29, 2020 and May 11, 2020 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are given for cancellations received on or after May 12, 2020.

TUG Substitution Policy:  In the event you are unable to attend, your registration can be transferred to a colleague in your company at no additional charge. To perform a substitution, please send an email to registration@tugweb.com with your confirmation number and the colleague’s name and contact information.
